Privacy
PublicWWW.AI is a demo of the PublicWWW MCP server combined with language models available through OpenRouter. Its privacy terms are lighter than those of publicwww.com: please read what goes where.
Your chats
The list of chats and their contents are kept in your browser. You can rename or delete any chat; clearing the site data of your browser removes them all. There is no account and no sign-in.
What we keep
For every answer we keep a record on our servers:
- the text of your question and of the answer;
- the model, the searches the assistant ran and their queries, the time taken, the tokens used and the cost;
- the language of the site and a number that groups the messages of one chat;
- a hash of your IP address with a salt that changes every day - it tells us how many different people used the demo, not who they are. The address itself is not stored.
We use these records to see what people ask, to improve the assistant and to stop abuse. They are kept for 180 days and then deleted.
Who else receives your messages
- OpenRouter and the model provider. Your messages, with the recent part of the chat, are sent through OpenRouter to the provider of the model you choose. We only use providers that, according to OpenRouter, do not store prompts or train on them. Their own terms apply.
- PublicWWW. The searches the assistant runs go to the PublicWWW search engine (publicwww.com) under the account of this demo.
Please do not share personal or confidential information in the chat.
Cookies
The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser keeps your chats, the chosen model and the colour theme for this site only.
